How can I add a new hotel to the Inventory Extranet?

Inventory works with its own hotel DataBase. Each time you want to add and set up a hotel with a Channel Manager connection you’ll need to indicate the hotel name in the autocomplete field and our system will show you all the hotels that match your input: 

If you don’t find the hotel you want in the autocomplete field, you are able to create it in our DB by clicking on ‘Create Hotel’ and then indicating the hotel's basic information in the form.

Important ❕

This feature is only available for client and provider admin users. 


Important ❗

Please complete the form using the hotel's actual information. It is mandatory that the e-mail and telephone are those of the hotel and not from the supplier. Coordinates should also be as accurate as possible.
