I am not receiving the content information expected, what can I do?

Manage and check your content: hotels, destinations, rooms, boards, categories.

I am not receiving the total amount of items expected:

This may happen for 4 reasons:

  1. Your content hasn't been updated yet. More information on how to review and manage your Hotels content using TGX App here.
  2. The Seller hasn't provided some mandatory fields and due to this, some items are discarded (e.g. hotels, destinations).
  3. The Seller hasn't sent those specific items.
  4. There is an integration issue.

What can I do?

  1. Confirm with the Seller that they are sending the missing information, as well as all their mandatory details expected for that specific Method (Seller API Specs for futher information).
  2. If the issue persists, you can force an update of your content (available for portfolio updates, more information here).
  3. If the issue persists even after forcing an update of your content, please open a ticket to our Customer Care Team for further investigation.

I have received an error while downloading my content:

In case of an error, check our errors and warnings for further information. If the error code is not on the list, please open a ticket to our Customer Care Team in order to check the case.
